Bring profiles from your AI assistant into Aptora

Connect your AI assistant to Aptora over MCP. It sends structured data in AptoraCV format, validates it and saves it as a profile. Your AI client or the Aptora app reads the document; MCP handles the profile data.

One shared profile format

Your assistant loads the AptoraCV schema with get_cv_schema. validate_cv checks a draft before saving and reports invalid fields and changes that would be made during import. You can review the result before creating a profile.

Connect with your account

Sign in to Aptora through your MCP client using OAuth, then choose a workspace and permissions. Your assistant uses the tools you granted in that workspace. Available features also depend on its type and plan.

Check and save drafts

create_cv creates a profile; update_cv changes an existing one. Both work with structured data. You can then view and edit the details in the profile editor.

From document to profile

For PDFs, screenshots and photos, use the file import in the Aptora app. If your AI client can read the file itself, it can prepare a draft in AptoraCV format and validate it over MCP. The MCP server does not offer direct file import.

Frequently asked questions

How do I connect my AI assistant to Aptora?

Through MCP and the Aptora OAuth sign-in. Choose a workspace and grant the permissions you need. You can revoke the connection in settings.

Which tools does the MCP server provide?

You can read, create, update and validate profiles, search jobs and submit applications. Team workspaces also have tools for job listings, talent search and shortlists. Your permissions, workspace type and plan determine what you can use.

Can I validate a profile draft without saving it?

Yes. validate_cv checks the data against the AptoraCV schema, names invalid fields and shows how the data would be imported. It does not save a profile.

Where do I find setup instructions?

The MCP integration page explains setup for Claude, Cursor and ChatGPT, with connection options for your AI client.

Measuring whether our ads on Google, Meta and LinkedIn work. If you arrive through an ad or a campaign link, a cookie keeps the campaign details from that link, the platform's click ID, the page you landed on and the domain of the referring website. If you register, we store this with your account and report to the platform you came from only the click ID, the event and its value — no e-mail address and no profile data. We load no scripts from Google, Meta or LinkedIn for this.
